CU/BN purchase workflow

Apparently there is an issue with the CU purchase workflow from BN.  Students are receiving an email with a code but end up in a circle trying to redeem the code (especially if two emails are involved or husband buys code for wife or students cross over to cengage via lms, etc).  The Channel Partner manager for BNC is actively working with them to resolve the issues and will post an update when available!  


This has been corrected!!  See Start Strong BN file I attached for details!
