In the video above, Steve Piscitelli asks, "Are you doing the right things, or are you just doing stuff?" He reminds us that you can't get the big stuff done because you are constantly working on the little stuff. That is because the little stuff is easy.


Always work on the most important things first. These are non-negotiables -- the right things. We don't want to work on them because they take time and sometimes see overwhelming.


Most people work on less important things first. They are easy, but negotiable -- just stuff. You can get them done quickly.
