Mindfulness and Your Brain

Management planning is all about focus. If you lose your focus, you veer from your plan. In this video, Daniel Goleman and Richard Davidson show how mindfulness can improve resilience. In the video, the authors relate that a study was conducted, asking people, "What are you doing now?" and "What are you thinking about?" Many people could not answer the questions. Thus, the authors give us some guidelines on how we can change. In other words, we can train ourselves to be more mindful or aware.
