Halloween is fun for kids but it can also be dangerous. Here are some surprising statistics:

So how can law enforcement deal with the dangers of Halloween? Some departments are hosting "trunk or treat" parties. Kids from around the neighborhood come to police departments to get their candies from a line up of cars that have decorated their trunks for the holiday.
