Every year, for one week, the Cengage Higher Ed & Skills sales team gathers together for four full days of interactive learning and development in preparation to hit campuses again starting in January. Hosted in Phoenix, AZ, during the first week of December, colleagues from Cengage product, marketing, technology, strategy and others were on hand to partner with the sales team and arm them with the enhancements, improvements and updates made to Cengage products and platforms in preparation for the spring 2019 and fall 2019 selling seasons.
CEO Michael Hansen was on hand to open the meeting, and several other leaders, including the heads of Product, Sales and Marketing each shared their vision for the Higher Ed & Skills business at Cengage. The meeting kicked off with this feel-good video and the positive momentum didn’t slow the entire week.
