Infographics are a popular strategy among modern businesses because it's an engaging method for presenting your business content to your target audience. Everywhere you look, you see infographics visually describing big data or even simple concepts. Humans are visual creatures, and as such we prefer a visual illustration as opposed to reading 100 pages of the same stuff. The old saying, “A picture paints a thousand words,” holds true even to this day. Even on social media, you’ll notice people sharing memes, infographics, and other forms of graphics, because these are far easier to consume and fully digest. Well cue Microsoft Office 365 and 2019 into this infographics bandwagon!
So let's try this together.
1. Open PowerPoint and click New to open the templates
2. Click Infographics in the Suggested Searches.
3. Select one of the many infographic templates.
4. Many of the infographics show directions on how to customize your data.
Infographics allow you to present information in a succinct and efficient manner. If you’ve got information, you can turn it into an infographic. You just need to have a plan in place on how you’re going to lay out your information into something that can be easily consumed by your audience.
