We integrate MT assignments in Canvas so students simply click on the first reading or assignment and they get autoenrolled by logging in with their Cengage account (or they are prompted to create a login). After That initial login they are automatically linked and gain access to all assignments. They are given a 14 day grace period to use the product for free and then they will need to enter a paid access code.
If you are not lms Integrated, You simply provide them with your course key as Audrey Wick mentioned. You can find this on your Cengage dashboard by going into manage courses or you will see a document that you can download or print for your students that includes all of the enrollment information. Good news: you don't have to enroll your students!
Each student will do this individually through an access code. That way, the students self-populate, and you do not have to worry about entering individualized information. You just need to provide them with a course key or provide a course link in your LMS if you are linking the product there.
