What professional development, technology, or pedagogy conferences have you attended that you find valuable? Which would you most highly recommend, and why?

One of the conferences that I have attended is the NISOD conference. It gave me so much information on many different teaching styles, management, data analytics, etc. that I have been able to incorporate into my classroom. It was very well organized and the sessions were arranged in such a way to allow you to maximize your time. The round table discussions were excellent with pre-planned discussion points. The website is www.nisod.org if you want to check it out.

Although not this year, in the past I have gone to USCOTS, US Conference on Teaching Statistics, https://www.causeweb.org/cause/uscots/uscots17. This summer I went to the Ohio PKAL conference on STEM education: http://www.aacu.org/pkal/regional/ohio/2017/spring-conference. I would recommend both.
