The near meltdown of 2008 made the phrase global contagion all too popular, and it hasn't gone away since (neither the phrase nor the looming threat). The leaders at this week's G20 meeting in Cannes are working to find solutions to Europe's problems and avoid those problems from wreaking havoc around the globe.
