So we are interested in he new book, which looks at the conditions and key choices that caused the crisis. Reckless Endangerment:How Outsized Ambition, Greed, and Corruption Led to Economic Armageddon, which Morgensen wrote with Joshua Rosner, effectively places a spotlight on the impact of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac cozying up to politicos in Washington.
