Economist Martin Jacques, columnist for The Guardian and author of When China Rules the World predicts that China will become both the most powerful economy in the world, and the most dominant country in the world within the next ten years. And, he argues, many people in the West are struggling to recognize just what that means for global politics because we in the West simply don't understand China.
