Maddy Dychtwald, co-founder of Age Wave, is a Baby Boomer. And she feels her generation gets a "bum rap," as being self-centered and narcissistic. She believes Boomers should be recognized for how they shook up the world, for the better, with their entrepreneurial spirit and their push for innovation.
