Harvard Business School's Rosabeth Moss Kanter has been researching and writing on women in management positions for over thirty years. And she says there have been remarkable advances for women in that time. And yet, she wonders, why has it remained difficult for women to break through in top management positions in the way they have throughout the rest of the workforce.
