Joel Kotkin--Distinguished Presidential Fellow in Urban Futures at Chapman University in Orange, California and leading expert on the economic development of cities--is enamored with Fargo, ND. And he points to that city's growth over the last fifteen years as one of the reasons he is bullish about the opportunities that Americans across the country will have in the coming years.
